As a result, while your online payment was successfully processed, it was not immediately saved or reflected within our internal billing program.
We want to assure you that as of today, April 2nd, this issue has been fully resolved. Our team is manually updating all affected accounts, and all payments made during that window will be officially posted to your account by the end of the day.
