Some of our customers received a notice that the December 2025 Billing Statement was available, followed by a second notification that showed a higher charge.  The additional charge is the Residential Charge of $22.15, which should have been applied initially.  

Each month, there are 3 fixed charges;
Residential Base Charge $22.15
Capital Improvement Surcharge $24.37
Water Storage Tank Surcharge $14.63
Total $61.15 

Every active water account is charged $61.15 each month. 

 

The Residential Usage Charge applies to water consumed (measured by your water meter).  
This charge is $2.05 for each unit of water (100 cubic feet or 748 gallons).  

EXAMPLE:  If you are billed for 5 units of water, the total water charges will be $10.25

Residential Usage Charge $10.25 + Fixed Charges $61.15 = Total Invoice $71.40
