This puppy followed a couple of boys to the bus stop this morning, Friday, October 3rd @ 07:49 am... I had to leave the office and drop off lead and copper water samples to the lab, so I left a small cup of water for the dog, but I had to leave before I found the owner.  760-881-9843 Dan Smith, General Manager.
