Monthly Water Statements 

 June 2025 Water Invoice Statements

The June 2025 Invoices were not mailed this month; however, your water meter reading and invoice amount are available and will be sent with the July 2025 statement. Additionally, our office will respond to the voicemail messages and emails from our customers.

Our minimal staff members are working in the field during the day and are not always available to answer calls or reply to voicemail messages until later in the evening. When leaving voicemail messages, please ensure that you include your email address in the message. If our office has your email, we can send messages to address your questions and concerns late into the evening.

Planned Billing Dates, Customer Portal, Online Bill Pay

We hope to have the water meter readings completed by Wednesday, July 30th, with any trouble reading errors being corrected on Thursday, July 31st. And finally, invoices to be posted and printed by Friday, August 1st.

We are working on making the customer portal available, which will enable our customers to log in to their water account and view past statements, current account balances, and pay their water bill. The portal is integrated into our billing software, allowing card payments to be made directly to the district rather than using a third-party system.
