Apple Valley Foothill County Water District (the “District”) is governed by the board of directors (five members) elected by the voters within the District for four year terms. The District provides water to customers within its boundaries
Apple Valley Foothill County Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public.
