Water Rates and Fees

These fees and charges are to maintain adequate revenue in the district for the production and distribution of water, provide for repairs, maintenance of existing infrastructure, and increased costs of electricity.

Beginning August 1, 2026,  new water rates and related fees takes effect with an increase in the water rates to both the base rate and the commodity rate

Fixed Charges

  • $25.00 Base Rate does not include any water
  • $15.00 Capital Improvement Surcharge
  • $14.00 Water Storage Tank Surcharge
  • $15.00 Water Well Surcharge

Variable Charges

  • $2.00 Per unit of water 1-9 units of water
  • $2.50 Per unit of water 10-34 units of water
  • $3.00 Per unit of water 35+ units of water or greater

1 unit = 100 cubic feet of water

10 units = 1,000 cubic feet of water

100 units = 10,000 cubic feet of water

1 cubic foot of water = 7.48 gallons of water

100 cubic feet of water = 748 gallons of water

1,000 cubic feet of water = 7,480 gallons of water

10,000 cubic feet of water = 74,800 gallons of water

Monthly minimum water invoices will be $69.00  with no water usage.
