BOIL WATER NOTICE

Due to the recent water sample results taken from our well no. 2 on 08/18/25, the Apple Valley Foothill County Water District advises customers to only use boiled tap water or bottled water for drinking and cooking as a safety precaution to avoid stomach or intestinal illness.
We will inform you when tests show that the water is safe to drink and you no longer need to boil your water. We anticipate receiving the results from bacteriological water samples within the next 24-48 hours to ensure the water quality.

If you have questions about other uses of tap water, such as bathing and dish washing, please call 760-247-1101 or read this guidance: https://www.cdc.gov/healthywater/emergency/drinking/drinking-water-advisories/boil-water-advisory.html
